Preconstruction Planning
MM Tunnelling has been involved in the conception of many projects, from determining the most suitable TBM for the prevailing geology, through site set up, E&M procurement to the assembly and launch of the tunnelling equipment.

Statutory Compliance
We are fully conversant with the Joint Codes of Practise/ BTS Specification for Tunnelling 3rd edition and can ensure that these are being adhered from both a contractors or clients point of view.
Both tunnel and construction risk management can be incorporated into the scope along with Daily Review Meetings (DRM) and the compilation of Required Excavation Support Sheets (RESS) based on onsite observations of ground condition/TBM performance data and review of monitoring data
